Vintage 1980s velvet party cocktail dress - great for New Year's. Strapless style with tulip bodice front. Back zipper closure. Three buttons and a hook and eye closure at the top back. The front has a rhinestone pin which is beautiful but is missing one small rhinestone. The dress appears to have been altered. The size tag reads 10. Made in the USA.
